Complete TEAS Test

• Schedule your TEAS test with ATI Testing.
• Minimum required score: 45%
• Select “Chester County Intermediate Unit Practical Nursing Program” when registering to send us your scores.
• TEAS testing is limited to three attempts per year.
• If you’ve already taken the TEAS within the last two years, request that your scores be sent to us directly via ATI.

Send Your Transcripts

High School Diploma: Request that your high school send an official transcript with the school seal.

Complete Clearances

• After passing your TEAS test, complete your clearances and urine drug screen through DISA Health Care Technology (formerly CastleBranch).
• Required clearances:
  • PA State Criminal Background Check
  • PA Child Abuse Clearance
  • FBI Fingerprinting
• Urine drug screen instructions are provided after ordering through DISA. Use any Quest Diagnostics facility.

Final Step!

Your application is considered complete all of the following are received:

1. Application fee
2. High School or G.E.D. transcripts
3. Photo ID
4. Successful TEAS test scores
5. Completed clearances and urine drug screen

You will be contacted regarding approval and acceptance after all requirements are verified.
